I employ a team-based approach and work collaboratively on each matter. I understand that there are multiple parties involved in your real estate transaction, all of whom are working toward getting you to the closing table. I work with your real estate agent, mortgage lender, title company, and opposing party's attorney and real estate agent to ensure that all parties are on the same page and maintaining communication as necessary to keep you on track for closing. When necessary, I will also be in contact with your home inspector, surveyor, appraiser, and any homeowner's association associated with the property.

No Closing, No Fee
I only charge my clients if their transaction closes. If the transaction does not close, you will not owe the firm any fees. In addition, I provide my clients with a detailed breakdown of the services included in my fee at the inception of the Attorney-Client relationship so my clients know exactly what to expect. There are no hidden costs and no fees other than those expressly disclosed.
